Cathy comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge about swimming.  She swam year round through high school and some in college where she met her husband who is also a swimmer.  She was Swim Team Coach for Leslie Beach Club in DeKalb for nine years prior to coming here.  She does high school and college officiating. 

Assistant Coach

    Hunter Chandler

Hunter will be returning this year as our Assistant Coach.  He did such a great job last year with the kids and with assisting our head coach, that we asked him to be our Assistant Coach again.  Hunter has been swimming year round for years at Swim Atlanta and is on the Brookwood High School swim team.  We are glad to have you Hunter!

6 & Under Coaches

Ashley Norton

Ashley has swam year-round for eight years.  She worked under coach Cathy during the year as a Swim America Instructor and has conducted her own private lessons.  In her swimming career she has won state tittles, been a Georgia All Star, and traveled around the Southeast competing.  Ashley attends Brookwood High School.  She enjoy reading, writing, drawing, painting, singing and of course swimming.

6 and under assistant coaches

 

Molly Chandler

Molly is 14 years old, and  going into the 9th grade. She has been swimming for Trotters Ridge for 11 years, and this year she is a Junior Assistant coach. She enjoys swimming and cheerleading. She has  been cheering for 6 years and  is on the Brookwood High school basketball cheerleading squad.
